The present research called Continuous improvement and management of human talent in hotel companies in the province of Chincha - 2022, aimed to determine the relationship between continuous improvement and management of human talent in hotel companies in the province of Chincha in 2022, was carried out carried out a study with a quantitative approach, hypothetical - deductive method, applied type, non-experimental - transversal correlational level. For data collection, an adapted and structured questionnaire was applied with twenty questions on a Likert scale, distributed for the continuous improvement variable with eight questions and for the human talent management variable with twelve questions, Cronbach's Alpha was used as reliability of the instrument with a pilot test of eighteen workers, obtaining a result of 0.777728 for the continuous improvement questionnaire and 1.087231 for the human talent management questionnaire. The data were tabulated by the SPSS version 25 program, with a total sample of eighty-three workers from hotel companies in the province of Chincha. It is concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between continuous improvement and human talent management in hotel companies in the province of Chincha in 2022, with a very high positive rating of rs = 0.948**.
