The present research study was carried out in the company Industrias Indeka SAC, which is a marketer of corn and other cereals. The general objective of the research work was to determine to what extent the proposal for the implementation of Industrial Engineering tools influences the reduction of operational costs of the logistics management of the company Industrias Indeka SAC. All the factors that affect logistics management were evaluated and the impact they cause was recognized. Among the most common problems in the Logistics area are: inadequate distribution of warehouses, lack of a purchasing plan and work with approved suppliers In view of this, the implementation of SLP, MRP, Hierarchical Analysis Process and Management of Warehouses, with which it was possible to reduce operating costs from S / 327,563.79 to S / 150,546.59 soles, this being equivalent to a 54% improvement. Finally, the economic-financial evaluation was carried out, and it was concluded that the investment necessary for the implementation is justifiable, since it presents a positive NPV (S / 3596.68) and an IRR of 75% (the minimum expected profitability is 60%). In addition, there is a cost benefit of S / 1. 08, which is greater than 1 and the return on investment (PRI) is 4.2 years.
