Implementación de un sistema de seguridad y salud ocupacional, ISO 45001-2018 para minimizar los riesgos laborales en la Empresa Sierra Norteña S. A. C., La Libertad 2019

Abstract

El objetivo general es implementar un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, ISO 45001 – 2018 para minimizar los riesgos laborales en la empresa SIERRA NORTEÑA S.A.C. La Libertad 2019. La metodología que siguió la investigación fue analizar la situación inicial del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, a partir de encuestas, análisis documentario, determinación de indicadores del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad actual, posterior a ello, se realizó el IPERC base para luego realizar el diseño del sistema de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en base a la norma internacional ISO 45001 - 2018 e implementación del mismo, además de un análisis de las medidas adoptadas para disminuir los niveles de riesgo. Cuyos resultados de la investigación muestra que existe una influencia directa del Sistema de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basado en la norma ISO 45001 sobre el nivel de riesgo, en consecuencia, el nivel de riesgo alto disminuyó en un 100 %, mientas que el nivel de riesgo modera disminuyó en un 34 %, considerando que se debe seguir monitoreando mensualmente para mantener los niveles de riesgo bajos, por otro lado, el ahorro de los costos por accidente (S/. 2 063 213.74) y el costo de la implementación del sistema (S/. 52 670.00) es del 3 % equivalente a 2 063 213.74.

The general objective was to implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, ISO 45001 - 2018 to minimize occupational risks in the company SIERRA NORTEÑA S.A.C. The methodology followed by the research was to analyze the initial situation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System, based on surveys, documentary analysis, determination of indicators of the current Safety Management System, after which, the IPERC was carried out basis to then carry out the design of the Occupational Health and Safety system based on the international standard ISO 45001 - 2018 and its implementation, in addition to an analysis of the risk control measures adopted to reduce risk levels. Whose research results show that there is a direct influence of the Occupational Health and Safety System based on the ISO 45001 standard on the level of risk. Consequently, the high-risk level decreased by 100%, while the moderate risk level decreased by 34%, considering that it should continue to be monitored monthly to keep the risk levels low, on the other hand, the savings of the costs per accident (S /. 2,063,213.74) and the cost of implementing the system (S /. 52,670.00) is 3% equivalent to 2,063,213.74.
