This is an investigation that aims to analyze the dairy production chain of the Chugur company, in order to investigate the importance of the production chain compared to exports and identify the relationship between both variables. The research has been considered as descriptive correlational, since we focus on analyzing the reality of the production chain for export, for which the participation of its workers was taken into account, which contributed to the collection of data , which were carried out through two instruments (interview and survey), the results obtained offered that when analyzing the productive chain it is adequately structured in a general and simple way, likewise, they handle times that are considered optimal, however, to enter To an international market, you need to know the necessary export requirements, which is why the addition of a new international office within the company was considered. To determine the relationship between the production chain and dairy exports, it has been considered to use the SPSS statistical system, finding that the relationship is direct and significant with r = 0.095. Finally, the conclusion is reached that for efficient export, a productive chain fortified in processes, quality and product hygiene is needed, without neglecting that the current situation, rather than being a barrier, is an opportunity to enter new types of negotiation that eliminate the aspect of distance between importer and exporter.
