This research is based on the proposal of a quality management for the manufacture of metallic structures in the company CNA Construcciones SAC, starting from the guidelines of success through customer satisfaction that will serve to establish procedures in the development and put into The respective Quality Management Plan is underway to achieve the most efficient way to manufacture metal structures, since the challenge of the company is to acquire competitiveness through high-quality products and services. For this reason, the main objective of this research is to determine the quality management processes to compare the improvements obtained in the implementation of the management. The importance and development of said management is also mentioned, aimed at optimizing objectives and / or procedures in the field of the manufacture of metallic structures. The methodology to be used is applied of a descriptive causal explanatory nature, not cross-sectional experimental, since at first the study variables have been described, but then their degree of influence of the variables has been evaluated, which are: quality management and manufacture of the metal structures of the company in question. Having as main conclusion, propose the implementation of quality management, so that it can serve as a basis for the company in its continuous improvement for the correct and optimal manufacture of metal structures.
