The objective of this study is to evaluate the impact of a supply chain improvement plan on logistics costs in Espacio Urbano Arquitectos SRL. a consulting and construction company that mainly offers civil works execution services, in addition to developing various projects required by the area involved, the problem found in the logistics area is that there is no proper warehouse, inventory and transportation management system, generating poor planning of its supply chain and inadequate organization of valuations. The topic covers the description of a situational diagnosis of the company and its supply chain system and what is sought is to implement an improvement plan, and then analyze its logistics costs before and after the implementation of the improvement. The work considers that it is important to propose a change in its supply chain management, for this we have used tools such as the Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram and ABC analysis, the application of the methods consists of analyzing and optimizing warehouse management, inventory and transportation. After the methodology being implemented the following results were: • The cost per unit was dispatched was S /. 0.35 and minimizing costs by 16.67%. • The unit cost stored was S /. 0.050 and it minimized costs by 3.85%. • The cost of m2 was S /. 13.20 and minimized costs by 27.83%.
