At the organizational level, people play a very important role in the development of companies, especially for the valuable contribution they provide through their work. In the present investigation, the authors aim to: analyze the impact of motivation on the performance of the collaborators of the management of the human talent of a university, in the periods 2008 to 2018. In the search for virtual lib raries, a bibliographic exploration that it included articles published in the scientific literature during the periods 2008 to 2018, using the databases: Pro Quest, Google Scholar and EBSCOhost. It was generated as an advanced search strategy, based on th e keywords: motivation, performance and management of human talent. In the search process, it is founds that the variables used despise others, such as work environment, productivity, effective communication, teamwork, and quality of service, among others, which are also of great importance today. The study performed is a non empirical investigation and the PRISMA method was felt (Moher.et al, 2009). Finally, the results are showns and the end conclution is presente.
