The objective of this research study was to determine the relationship between the Labor Competencies variables and the sales of the Commercial Advisors in the company Servicios y Representaciones Dial Móviles S.R.L, Trujillo 2019. The research was carried out under the Non-Experimental - Correlational design. To obtain and collect the data analysis of the labor competencies variable, the survey technique aimed at 30 commercial consultants taken as a sample was used, using a questionnaire based on the Assessment Center model divided into 6 dimensions, through the Likert scale; and to measure the sales variable, the documentary analysis was used through the sales reports taking the quantity and amount of sales between the months of January to April of 2019. For the validation of the instrument the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was applied obtaining a reliability of 0.819 and the Pearson test was used to determine the correlation between both variables finding a positive relationship. Finally, for the hypothesis test, a significance level of 0.0 <0.05 was obtained, resulting in a positive relationship between both variables.
