The objective of this research is to identify the relationship between process management and productivity in the blueberry (vaccinium corymbosum) manual harvest process in Peruvian agro-export companies. This is an applied scientific research that uses a non-experimental, correlational and deductive methodology, and uses the survey technique through the instrument for collecting questionnaire sheets. For this, there was a sampling frame of 42 personnel related to the manual harvest process (managers, heads, specialists, among others) of the blueberry (vaccinium corymbosum) agro-exporters Camposol S.A., Hortifrut Perú S.A.C., Agroberries Perú S.A.C., Agricola Santa Azul S.R.L., Complejo Agroindustrial Beta S.A., Agrícola Chilca S.A. and Agrícola Riachuelo S.A.C. who filled out their answers anonymously. The results obtained were the following: regarding the correlation between the variables Management by Processes and Productivity, this was moderate with a value of rho(40)=.474, p=.002. Likewise, between the Process Management variable and the Continuous Improvement, Quality Management and Technology and Innovation Management dimensions, these were very strong with a value of rho(40)=.898, p=.000, rho(40)=. 888, p=.000 and rho(40)=.754, p=.000 respectively. Also, between the Process Management variable and the Logistics Management, Human Talent Management and Inventory Management dimensions, these were moderated with a value of rho(40)=.323, p=.037, rho(40)=.345 , p=.025 and rho(40)=.426, p=.005 respectively. In the same way, between the Productivity variable and the Continuous Improvement, Quality Management and Technology and Innovation Management dimensions, these were moderated with a value of rho(40)=.367, p=.017, rho(40)=.442 , p=.003 and rho(40)=.405, p=.008 respectively. Finally, between the Productivity variable and the Logistics Management, Human Talent Management and Inventory Management dimensions, these were considerable, very strong and very strong, respectively, with a value of rho(40)=.721, p=.000, rho( 40)=.837, p=.000 and rho(40)=.771, p=.000. In conclusion, it can be stated with 99% confidence that there is an average positive relationship between process management and productivity. Likewise, it can be affirmed with more than 95% confidence that there are positive relationships between these variables with regard to their dimensions, which are described in detail in the results.
