The objective of the research was to analyze the strategic importance of human talent management in the Miyashiro E.I.R.L. in the 2020 period. Currently, organizations are gradually gaining importance to the management of human talent, a factor that is usually somewhat undervalued, especially in small organizations, limiting itself to technical processes that satisfy the basic needs demanded by their human capital. , ignoring the gigantic potential that developing it strategically can generate, especially in growing companies. For this, a qualitative research with descriptive design was carried out, applying an interview to all the collaborators of the company under study (composed of 8 people); in order to analyze their perception of the existing human talent management in it. The results indicate that, although the organization does not have documented management and formal policies, it has many favorable aspects to highlight. Therefore, it is concluded that the evaluated organization has the opportunity to transform its practical human talent management methodology into a formally established management with a strategic approach that contributes to meeting business objectives, growth and organizational success.
