Abstract: El objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la importancia estratégica de la gestión de talento humano en el Estudio Contable Miyashiro E.I.R.L. en el periodo 2020. Actualmente, las organizaciones poco a poco están tomando importancia a la gestión de talento humano, factor que suele ser algo infravalorado aún, sobre todo en pequeñas organizaciones, limitándose a procesos técnicos que satisfagan las necesidades básicas que demande su capital humano, desconociendo el gigantesco potencial que puede generar desarrollarlo estratégicamente, sobre todo en empresas en crecimiento.
Para ello, se realizó una investigación cualitativa con diseño descriptivo, aplicando una entrevista hacia la totalidad de colaboradores de la empresa en estudio (compuesta por 8 personas); con el propósito de analizar su percepción frente a la gestión de talento humano existente en la misma.
Los resultados señalan que, aunque la organización no cuente con una gestión documentada y con políticas formales, presenta muchos aspectos favorables a destacarse. Por ello, se concluye que la organización evaluada tiene la oportunidad de transformar su metodología práctica de gestión de talento humano, en una gestión formalmente establecida y con enfoque estratégico que contribuya a cumplir con los objetivos empresariales, su crecimiento y éxito organizacional.
The objective of the research was to analyze the strategic importance of human talent management in the Miyashiro E.I.R.L. in the 2020 period. Currently, organizations are gradually gaining importance to the management of human talent, a factor that is usually somewhat undervalued, especially in small organizations, limiting itself to technical processes that satisfy the basic needs demanded by their human capital. , ignoring the gigantic potential that developing it strategically can generate, especially in growing companies. For this, a qualitative research with descriptive design was carried out, applying an interview to all the collaborators of the company under study (composed of 8 people); in order to analyze their perception of the existing human talent management in it. The results indicate that, although the organization does not have documented management and formal policies, it has many favorable aspects to highlight. Therefore, it is concluded that the evaluated organization has the opportunity to transform its practical human talent management methodology into a formally established management with a strategic approach that contributes to meeting business objectives, growth and organizational success.
