Transportation, like logistics, plays a fundamental role in the supply chain, since transportation is required to move both the raw materials to the different production points and the finished product to the different distribution centers, this being an essential piece. to optimize times, cut gaps in production and distribution time. Due to this, the general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between operations management and customer service in land transportation companies for refrigerated and dry cargo in the city of Paita - Piura, year 2021. This research regarding type was applied, the correlational level and non-experimental – transversal design. The instrument used was the questionnaire addressed to 98 employees for the operations management variable and to 98 clients for the customer service variable. The first test applied was the normality test called Kolmogorov - Smirnov, where the results showed that the data did not follow a normal distribution. The main evaluation test was the Spearman test, the results of the relationship of the dimensions and indicators are summarized in tables, to which P-value was also added to the results, which quantitatively demonstrates that there is no relationship between both study variables (P<0.05).
