This research analyzes the different strategies that small, large and medium-sized companies have developed in the area of Human Talent in Latin American countries in the years 2009-2019. The data sources used were EBSCOhost, ProQuest, Scielo and Redalyc. The inclusion criteria were that magazines answered questions about strategies applied to human talent management and new or modern strategies. The object of study was to know the new strategies and trends of the Human Talent area. The results were a total of 53 journals and only 21 answered the research questions, with Colombia being the biggest contribution, where today's companies focus their strategic planning, technological resources (ICT), financial and administrative to enhance the skills of their workers. The limitations were the lack of available data - which limits the scope of the research, longitudinal effects - referred to the time available for research - and cultural - bias as students. The conclusions indicate that there are companies that make decisions in conjunction with their workers and others that do so in a traditional way, the former being the ones that become efficient and determined within their environment.
