The document describes the professional experience as a trainer of user families of the Association of Organic Producers of Granadilla Alto Paltic de Querocoto (ASPROPALTIC), based in the La Pampa hamlet, district of Querocoto, province of Chota, Cajamarca region. The experience is based on concepts and scientific research of unconventional agriculture. The practical phase began with the presentation of ideas, debate and decision-making in the ordinary and extraordinary meetings of ASPROPALTIC, then workshops and learning-by-doing activities were carried out, empowering users to identify and face critical points in the management of passion fruit plantations, with emphasis on work in mingas. As a result of the execution of the projects “Strengthening local development in areas of the highlands and high jungle of Peru” and “National Agrarian Innovation Program” it was possible to establish, with minimal tillage, 8,125 passion fruit plants ecotype “Colombiana” in 13 hectares , irrigated with water derived from 8 reservoirs, with a net capacity of 1032 cubic meters, of which it is distributed with a drip irrigation system to 81% of the plots. Of the 26 users of ASPROPALTIC, 88% replicate the production of Bocashi organic fertilizer and adequately manage mineral broths and aromatic bioferment, 50% adopted mulch, while difficulties were found in the execution of pruning practices, the weed management and periodic fertilization. All users recognize thrips (Thrips sp.) and amorphous thrips (Haematonectria haematococca) (Fusarium solani) as the main pest and disease of passion fruit, properly perform sprinkler or drip irrigation, collect the fruit and select for sale. . Finally, ASPROPALTIC beneficiaries economically value their work and that of their colleagues, internal inputs and materials and those acquired externally to their properties
