This study covers the implementation process of a system for the management of products and medical appointments in an insurance and reinsurance company in Peru, with the objective of designing a product and service management system to reduce by 45% the scheduling times of medical appointments using cloud technologies, Agile methodology and modern architectures in an insurance and reinsurance company in Lima, Peru. The method identifies the business perspective using the Zachman framework, focusing on the product and service management process, the enterprise architecture was identified through business, application and technology layers, and the software architecture was diagrammed using the C4 model. To evaluate user satisfaction in proposed system’s use, has been confirmed with 5 experts based on 15 questions that measure the quality of the software, giving as results 93% maintainability, performance, and security, 92% scalability, 89% usability, the instrument has a reliability of excellent at 0.93. It was concluded that the project allows a reduction in response time by at least 45% as a result of the implementation of the new product management system and medical appointment booking services.
