The purpose of this project is to develop a personnel performance evaluation model that seeks to improve the operation of a company by evaluating the performance of workers with the aim of increasing the operational performance of an organization. To meet the proposed objective, the analysis of the different performance evaluation models and the concepts used in the performance evaluation process will be carried out. In addition, an evaluation model will be designed that will be validated by specialists in the area of human resources. The development of the project will allow optimizing the functions performed by the human resources area. Likewise, controlling personnel performance will allow a company to achieve different benefits such as obtaining a better vision of the company's performance, identifying errors and strengths in each of the processes and projects carried out in the different areas of the business, identifying external agents that may negatively interfere with the performance of workers, among others. This model will serve as support in future developments of other research, which will seek to improve performance measurement to be able to adequately identify and manage human talent in existing projects in a company. Future work may complement this performance evaluation model by taking it to a cycle of continuous improvement.
