The aspect of innovation in companies is a key point for their large-scale growth, this was evident in the times of pandemic that Peru faced; Various models can be distinguished to promote and implement innovation in workers, but it is necessary that it can be sustainable over time, for this reason, this project used the PDCA method and agile methodologies with the aim of promoting this aspect in companies of Metropolitan Lima service. The beginning of the research led to evidence of the use of methodologies in other countries such as the OKR methodology, open innovation and value co-creation, which with the help of the new links between managers and bosses promote an innovative culture throughout the company. . Likewise, in relation to service providing companies, the main ones were the lack of innovation indicators, lack of innovation policies, great resistance to change and the ability to take risks; With this we manage to develop a new innovation management model that focuses on projects carried out in the company, which will be able to demonstrate new development and implementation ideas that are born by the workers, analyze if they are feasible to develop with the technologies they have. , implement them and monitor them through indicators. This model seeks to obtain autonomy in collaborators, a change in thinking and the search for new technological solutions to improve their competitiveness within the market.
