Deficiencies in the management system in Lima's clinical laboratories are hindering their growth and ability to meet the required quality standards, due to incorrect handling of technologies, outdated procedures and non-standardized processes affecting delays in the delivery of reports, lack of process follow-up and difficulties in keeping accurate records, which compromises operational efficiency and the quality of results. In addition, this deficiency affects the scalability of the laboratory and its competitiveness in the market. The research focused on implementing a system to adequately manage the Clinical Analysis Service, focused on integrating the processes of the operations area to reduce the delivery times of results and automate manual operational tasks. By analyzing the processes associated with the Clinical Analysis Service and evaluating the methodology for the development of the system, the design of the physical and logical architecture of a system to manage the centralized information processed by the operations area of the laboratory network, the development of the system to manage the Clinical Analysis Service and the validation of the functionalities of the System for the Clinical Analysis Service. It was concluded that 43.3% of the respondents indicated that they “Agree” with the functioning of the registration and tracking of patient samples in the AngloLab laboratory network system.
