The export process is the last step for the customer in the destination country to receive the finished product. The process, managed by the foreign trade area of the organization, involves a certain complexity due to a series of requirements that must be met, such as phytosanitary inspection, customs procedures, and documentation. Documentary management involves the development of manual tasks to generate, follow up and compile the documents needed for export, which is inefficient and has a negative impact on compliance with deadlines. As a consequence, a web-based system was proposed to automate manual tasks, centralize information, and digitize the documentation generated in the process. The web system's construction began with the analysis and design of the architecture, using cloud services, and continued with the development of backend and frontend components of the different modules of the system. Also, the Scrum framework was used for project management. With this implementation, the stages of the export process were completed within the established time limit, thereby reducing cost overruns due to untimely processing and ensuring shipment on the committed date.
