In the framework of the COVID-19 pandemic, the occupational health and safety protocols in Peruvian textile mypes have undergone many modifications, however, this has not prevented 484 work accidents from being reported in textile companies in 2020. That is why this research proposes an occupational health and safety management model for a Mypes of the textile sector. According to the research carried out, the implementation of management models for the prevention of occupational risks brings with it an increase in the effectiveness of the organization, a decrease in the frequency of accidents and in the same way their severity, however, To achieve all this, it is essential to promote participatory learning in order to allow greater employee engagement and contextualize incident information. The main purpose of the research is the reduction of occupational accidents in a mype of the textile sector, which will contribute to reduce accidents and inherently increase the productivity of the organization. That is why for the development of the proposed management model, 4 methodologies have been used: OSH plan, 5s methodology, REBA method and finally the Hearts and Minds training program, which are feasible to implement and economically viable.
