The following research work titled “Automation of a rainbow trout fish farm for local and remote monitoring of contaminants through Ph and temperature control in breeding tanks using the IOT2050 device in the peasant community of Huantan, Yauyos.” Is a social contribution to a rural community in Peru using technological tools such as Industry 4.0 and Industrial Automation. The rainbow trout fish farm used as a case study employs traditional breeding methods that hinder large-scale exportation. Therefore, community leaders requested the automation of the breeding process through temperature and Ph parameter control. To develop the proposal, a control panel design was proposed containing all necessary equipment for automation such as a PLC, analog input module and IOT. Additionally, a database was created in Azure to collect information on temperature and Ph values. This enables support for an organization to certify the water quality in the fish farm, facilitating the export of rainbow trout to national supermarkets. As a result of the project, temperature and Ph levels were successfully regulated using a chiller and sump. Likewise, the information gathered by sensors was satisfactorily stored in the cloud.
