The greater use of mobile technology, the demand and supply of mobile taxi applications have increased because young people use it for reasons of comfort, speed and economy, while adults use it mainly for safety and reliability reasons. These applications have revolutionized the transportation industry and have changed the way users access taxi services. They also often offer certain features that attract users such as the ability to rate drivers and share their experience with other users; this may influence passengers' decision to use the service again and may also help maintain service quality. Therefore, this study explores perceived security, perceived usefulness, and perceived mobility in relation to consumer behavioral intention. For this, the implementation of the quantitative study will be carried out based on an online survey of 400 users between men and women between 18 and 45 years of age, who have used mobile taxi applications. The study variables will be analyzed using the 5-point Likert scale and will be carried out through structural equations using the SPSS software.
