Nowadays, society and companies are aware of the significant importance of sustainability and environmental protection. In this case, the green supply chain has been considered of utmost importance or relevance for societies and corporations. This is due to the great environmental challenges and the considerable number of demands imposed by consumers. The objective of this research is to evaluate how green supply chain management impacts ECR in textile companies exporting cotton fabrics with tariff heading 610910, during the period 2020-2022. It is worth pointing out that ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) is a business strategy that seeks to improve efficiency throughout the supply chain, with the objective of satisfying customer needs more quickly and effectively. The study is structured in chapters that address the current context of the textile sector and the challenges it faces in the management of its supply chain. The methodology employed is explained in detail, including the research design, the data collection instruments and the sampling process, in which a total sample of 54 surveys from 14 companies was obtained. A statistical analysis also applied to evaluate the relationship between the Green Supply Chain and the ECR. The results are clearly stated and concluded with recommendations for improving sustainable and efficient management in the textile industry. The study provides a comprehensive view on how the adoption of sustainable practices in the supply chain can enhance the consumer response strategy in textile companies, contributing to a more efficient and sustainable approach in the sector.
