Resumen: El proyecto de Colegio Público Primaria y Secundaria en Villa El Salvador nace del estudio de los espacios no tradicionales y del usuario principal que es el alumno en la etapa niño y adolescente. Se analiza la expresión, cultura y movilidad del usuario en el entorno.
El proyecto se basa en el estudio del espacio lúdico, pero cumpliendo con la normativa y espacios requeridos extendiendo el programa a las necesidades no solo del usuario principal sino también de la comunidad para que el colegio no sea edificio aislado, sino que comparta usos y pueda tener mayor animación durante el día.
El proyecto se emplaza en un colegio existente en pésimas condiciones, pero de gran influencia y relevancia en la zona, potenciar este colegio significa revalorizar la zona que previamente contaba con una planificación, integra vías importantes y usos como equipamientos sociales, culturales, recreativos y deportivos. Se ofrece espacios de desarrollo y ocio al usuario y comunidad que permitan que estos se desarrollen como persona y sociedad, generando una dinámica constante en el lugar.
The Primary and Secondary Public School project in Villa El Salvador was born from the study of non-traditional spaces and the main user who is the student in the child and adolescent stage. The expression, culture and mobility of the user in the environment is analyzed. The project is based on the study of the recreational space, but complying with the regulations and required spaces, extending the program to the needs not only of the main user but also of the community so that the school is not an isolated building, but rather shares uses and can . have greater animation during the day. The project is located in an existing school in terrible conditions, but of great influence and relevance in the area. Promoting this school means revaluing the area that previously had planning, integrating important roads and uses such as social, cultural, recreational and sports facilities. . . Development and leisure spaces are offered to the user and community that allow them to develop as a person and society, generating a constant dynamic in the place.
