Nowadays, brands know that to be remembered by their audience it is essential that they connect with them and adapt to market changes and the new consumer profile. For this reason, brands seek to be updated and many demonstrate this with a renewal of their image through visual rebranding, and a transformation of their advertising narrative through storytelling. Advertising plays an extremely important role in the projection of the brand's new image, since a positive response from the audience depends on it. Within a small market such as the high-end jewelry stores, it is very important that brands remain current and differentiate themselves from their competition in an innovative way through their advertising campaigns. The present study managed to conclude that visual rebranding and advertising tools influence brand perception by target groups. In this sense, the methodology of this research focused on a qualitative approach study with a non-probabilistic phenomenological paradigm, where the question guide was used as a data collection instrument with the purpose of observing the influence of rebranding on the perception of Peruvian consumers, analyzing the case of Swarovski through the advertising spot “Wonderlab”.
