Electronic commerce is one of the most widely used purchasing methods worldwide, which has experienced considerable growth in recent years, returning to the most demanding customers with the delivery time and generating the need to improve the level of service (NS) of the 3pl logistics operators, delivering the products in the established time window and without errors. The case study has a service level of 59%, which leaves a gap compared to a reasonable service level that is between 75% -85% according to the Latin American Institute of Electronic Commerce. The main causes are due to the high times in the picking process, wrong location of skus and error in the order preparation process. Looking for less expensive options to solve it, the Lean Warehousing 5s hybrid, ABC and flow picking tools are proposed, which together synergistically manage to improve warehouse management and thus increase NS. The validation of the results will be done through the simulation method, and it is expected to reduce the time in the picking process by 31%, incidents due to wrong location of skus by 26% and the error in the order preparation process by 25%.
