This work focuses on addressing the central challenge faced by telecommunications companies: the effective management of service quotes. With a growing demand for services and coverage, the need to optimize existing resources and exchange services such as network interconnection, access to telephone towers, shared fiber optic infrastructure, the joint use of frequency spectrum and roaming services is evident; especially in an environment of collaboration between companies that adds complexity due to the negotiation of commercial agreements and the management of shared resources. To address these challenges, a microservices-based service quote management system was developed. Technologies such as Kafka were used for messaging and a microservices architecture with micro frontends for the backend and frontend. Key technologies include Angular 15, Java 17, Oracle for database, Azure for cloud services, and Docker for containerization. Business, data, applications, technological and integrated architectures were designed to guarantee the construction of an effective and specialized system. The successful migration of the existing quoting system to this new technological infrastructure and microservices architecture leads to significant improvements in terms of performance, efficiency and user experience. Remarkable metrics were achieved in terms of response time, availability, scalability and security, which demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach in systems in this area.
