Nowadays, technology continues in advance by leaps and bounds. Therefore, many organizations seek to be on par with technological trends because many systems lower their performance by increasing the flow of transactions. Then, to achieve meaningful improvements from this problem in an organization, it's common to start focusing on culture that many times goes hand in hand with a digital transformation program which study organization puts into practice, focusing on reducing the number of errors of the services. As the digital transformation program mainly involves changes in culture, processes and technological renewal, which has an impact on many systems, areas and processes; This project focused exclusively on the charging process, with a focus on the technological renewal of the integration system, so with the objective of reducing the number of service errors, it was proposed to implement an integration bus that would reduce the number of errors and improve service traceability to optimize operational support and time to market. To implement the Integration Bus, it was necessary to develop a set of common components (CacheMemory, ParameterConfig, Logger and Error), which was called Integration Framework, thus providing support in the implementation of the integration services associated with the charging process. The implementation of the common components and integration services are based on SOA Architecture, TM Forum Reference Frameworks and the best market practices. Regarding the deployment, these were deployed in the Oracle Service Bus Product which is in the Oracle Cloud. Finally, the implementation of the Integration Bus allowed us to reduce the number of errors by 60% in the integration services associated with the charging process.
