The present study had the objective of implementing a credit authorization module that allows us to optimize the times of the business process of releasing sales orders to increase productivity through the automation of manual activities, for this purpose the system transactions were analyzed. that follow the processes of creating and releasing sales orders. Likewise, a new release process was designed so that sales orders can be released automatically. On the other hand, a monitor was developed through a transaction that meets the business requirements that streamlined the user's daily work using the ABAP programming language developed by SAP as well as the BAPI's business application programming interfaces and also the add-ons of BADI'S business. In addition, to have access control, roles were created that are a means to allow entry to new transactions that can be used by users determined by the business. Finally, a validation process was carried out through the application of surveys aimed at experts in systems engineering who work with the SAP ERP to know their perception of the reduction of time in the processes that this project deals with. The conclusion reached was that the automation system optimized times, a fact that was evidenced by the contrast in times between creation and release before and after implementation.
