The textile sector is constantly evolving, trends change and this means that the area in charge of launching new products must be increasingly prepared for it. This work describes the errors that a textile company presents in the validation of new samples, the tools selected to reduce the impact they generate on the company; In addition, the implementation of this management and the results that have been obtained in the first 6 months are detailed. The use of the Lean Manufacturing methodology in the textile sector has been taking place in recent years to contribute to the integration between the areas involved; Likewise, the Agile-State Gate methodology provides agility to the processes, making it an adaptable process with easy solutions in the event of unforeseen events. In this way, with the use of these methodologies it will be possible to achieve the annual objective expected by the company. In 2022 the company closed with a process effectiveness of 28.7%, a lead time of 73 days and a sample assertiveness of 62%, so in January 2023 the implementation begins with a duration of 12 months, the objective will be to achieve 65% effectiveness, a lead time of 60 days and 75% assertiveness. What has been demonstrated to date is that the use of Lean and Agile-Stage-Gate are an effective combination to achieve the expected improvement in the validation process of new products in the textile sector.
