The purpose of this investigation is to reduce the payment of sanctions to a Customs regulatory entity by 40% in the period 2021-2022, in order to minimize tax payment for fines, which translates into economic savings and compliance with the law. customs The standards, frameworks and good practices used were the agile SCRUM methodology, the C4 Model and Software Quality – ISO/IEC 25010 Standards. The procedure to carry out this project was to define and analyze the process, the problem and the solutions. current on the market that allow solving the problem; then design the software architecture that allows the achievement of the objective; then Implement a transmission validation system using RPA technologies; and finally, validate that the implemented system manages to reduce the declared sanctions. The conclusions were to detect that this process has a high demand for operations in the customs terminal, repetitive and that it is currently carried out manually, which entails ignorance of the status of all shipments made in a given period of time. Non-compliance or incorrect transmission of information brings tax penalties and consequently fines that entail costs for the company. To solve this problem, the software architecture was designed through an enterprise architecture and a software architecture using the C4 model. The RPA validation system implemented allowed the transmission of information to be carried out repetitively, complying with a 40% reduction in the payment of sanctions to a Customs regulatory entity in the period 2021-2022, this translates into effective control to comply with customs law for decision making at a given time.
