Currently, there are companies that carry out the land purchase process. These lands are characterized by being urban or rural lands. Normally, companies look for areas that have the necessary features. The purpose of this is the population in a medium-term period. They not only seek to generate business, but also contribute to the decentralization that is necessary in Lima. In the real estate company, the lack of traceability that existed in the land purchase process was evident. In this process, the areas of Reservation, Legal, Licensing, Operations, Product and Architectural Development Management interact; these areas record the data in tools such as Microsoft Office Excel or internal tools of the area. For this reason, there is no quick communication of the purchasing process in the company. The main objective of the work is the implementation of a dashboard for monitoring and controlling the land purchase process using a project management tool and Power BI in a real estate company. It had a positive impact on the integration of the teams involved in the land purchase process. A tool was required to prioritize tasks, assign responsibilities, control and measure time. With this purpose, Monday was proposed as a Project Management System where the management of the land purchase was carried out from start to finish. The stages of the process were delimited by milestones and responsible parties, and compliance was measured by planned, rescheduled and actual times. With the Monday dashboards implemented, the aforementioned dashboards were integrated with Power BI. Finally, Dashboards were created to give visibility to the Managers of the different areas about the current status of the land with a commercial agreement, purchase option and purchase and sale. In this way, it was possible to optimize and automate the monitoring and control of the land purchase process using Monday as a management tool and Power BI as a control tool.
