On the other hand, qualitative methodology was used with the purpose of collecting descriptive data and better understanding the phenomenon under study, in this case, the use of educational materials, diagnoses on their preparation and distribution. Likewise, this information was extracted from various institutional data banks and academic repositories of institutions. It should be noted that interviews with experts were also used to obtain a greater scope in relation to the identified problems and proposed alternatives.
