The present professional sufficiency work focuses on the analysis of hybrid communication strategies used during the Polio and Measles Vaccination Sweep by the Communications Office of the Diris Lima Sur of the Ministry of Health in July and August 2023. The main objective is to describe a differentiated communication strategy aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the vaccination campaign, primarily targeting young parents in response to Supreme Decree No. 013-2023-SA. The research addresses digital communication in public health, the use of digital tools in preventive health campaigns, communication strategies in vaccination sweeps, and the impact of using emotional messages in health campaigns. The methodology includes a qualitative analysis of 20 publications and videos related to polio and measles on the social media of Diris Lima Sur. This study contributes to understanding how hybrid communication strategies can be effective in the context of public health, especially in vaccination campaigns, and how the emotional approach can influence the perception and decision-making of the population.
