The purpose of this study is to elaborate a proposal for improvement to increase employee motivation and productivity in a scale up company through the development of a solid organizational culture. The causes of the problem were analyzed based on information obtained from other studies, theoretical models and interviews with employees and the leader of the company involved. Three alternative solutions were proposed, which were evaluated by using a prioritization matrix to select the most viable solution. The findings of this study are relevant to highlight the importance of promoting the motivation and retention of employees through a stronger corporate culture, as they turn out to play a key role in productivity and in the achievement of the company's objectives, especially in a scale up phase and the challenges that this entails. In addition, it was found that the involvement of leaders is essential to promote and encourage a better organizational culture. After comparing the proposals of endomarketing, gamification and the creation of a Human Resources area, it was concluded that, considering the feasibility, execution timeframe and resources available in the company, the most appropriate strategy would be to implement endomarketing activities. This would ensure that employees feel committed and motivated to achieve the goals and tasks set, reducing the risk of low productivity that could affect the achievement of the main objectives of the company in the medium and long term.
