The present thesis aims to evaluate the relationship of the viable supply chain model on the last mile operations of air import cargo agents in Callao in 2022. For this purpose, a questionnaire under Likert scale measurement method was used in the present research to a sample that is composed of cargo agencies with 235 jurisdiction in the period 2022. It is worth mentioning that, in order to know the reliability of the questionnaire, first a pilot test was conducted with 20 respondents in order to calculate Cronbach's Alpha, which obtained a coefficient of 0.983; indicating that there is a correlation between the two elements and they are not totally independent. In addition, it could be inferred from the results obtained that the viable supply chain model has a positive relationship with respect to the last mile operations with a weak positive correlation coefficient of 0.301 and a p-value of 0.002, which corroborates that if the variable the viable supply chain model presents improvements, the last mile operations will have positive results. Finally, it was inferred that dimensions 1 and 2 do not influence last mile operations nor is there a link between these two dimensions and the last mile. However, dimensions 3, 4 and 5 do influence last mile operations and there is a link between them.
