Banking services are essential in people's daily lives to make various transactions. As it is a service used by everyone every day, there are many competitors that offer these features, so it is very easy for customers to change banks when it does not offer what they are looking for. Given the ability to change, companies choose to maintain customer satisfaction and also choose to put up barriers to prevent abandonment, the switching cost makes the resignation process complicated and extensive. With both tools you want to avoid abandonment and generate customer loyalty. To understand the above, this research is based on the switching cost and consumer satisfaction, where it will be demonstrated if there is a relationship between customer loyalty in banking services. For the methodology, a sample of 400 people who have an active bank account and who have made at least one transaction in the month is taken. In addition, the age range of 25 to 55 years will be considered as it is the age group in this area and the survey will be applied digitally by Google Forms and shared by social networks.
