The objective of this research work is to determine the variables that influence the purchasing behavior of organic foods in consumers of socioeconomic levels A, B and C in Metropolitan Lima. In this way, identify the factors that drive their purchase to achieve strategies that ensure their sustainable growth. First, for this research, the study by Ali et al. (2021). A quantitative scientific research was carried out. The theoretical framework served to collect data from other validated investigations, from which the specific problems, objectives and hypotheses were formulated. Subsequently, a descriptive study was carried out, likewise, a total of 200 questionnaires were collected and developed in the Google Form, which was sent to the respondents through WhatsApp. The V-Aiken coefficient was used to quantify and validate the validation instrument questions by the group of marketing experts. Likewise, Cronbach of Alpha coefficient was used to estimate the degree of reliability of the values. On the other hand, the normality of the data was analyzed with the K-S test, which served to determine whether they have a normal or non-normal distribution. As well as, the Pearson and Spearman correlation methods served to validate or reject the hypotheses between one or two variables. Finally, the research study on organic foods is viable because it has been positively related to all the variables in our study.
