In recent decades, bottling plants have performed ineffective industrial sub-processes, including: boxing, unpacking, and selecting; which are included in the maintenance and transport of bottles. Such activities are carried out by operators during long work shifts; thus, it induces delays in the joint method of preparation, vulnerability in the preservation of beverages, predisposition to an increase in failures and precisely, complicated successive consequences in the clinical aspect of the workforce. Industrial automation unifies technologies of different kinds to contribute and ensure robustness in multiple modalities. In search of perfecting abundant commercial generation tactics, the use of industrial robots is taken advantage of; however, it is a sophisticated task to formulate a self-sufficient and modular device to various alterations in multiple settings. Although there are actuators that lift objects, many have disadvantages, such as a lack of adaptability regarding the handling of the components. For that reason, an Adaptable Pneumatic Gripper was implemented in the KUKA® KR 60-3 Industrial Robot; counting on multifunctional aspects to load and unload up to 12 bottles of small or medium size; simultaneously, efficiently and safely. Likewise, the automatic mechanism is capable of working with alternative box layouts or various industrial robots, through simple component variations. With the capabilities of the mechatronic system, the duration of the named sub-processes was greatly minimized, and it is intended to increase the well-being of the workers.
