This study investigated the effects of the nanosilica-based additive in recycled concrete on slump flow, compressive strength and tensile strength. To this end, an experimental work of concrete designs was developed with variable percentages of recycled concrete aggregate (0% and 100%), and two types of additives based on nanosilica (1.0% and 1.5%). The concrete processing procedure was carried out at the Additive Company Ulmen, located in the city of Lima. Since, it has the laboratory, materials and equipment for testing. Were made 6 concrete mixtures with a design resistance of f'c-350 kg/cm2 to evaluate the results of the concrete tests in a fresh and hardened state. Designs with the R2020 brand nanosilica additive in recycled concrete present an increase in compressive and tensile strength in a higher percentage than designs with the HP300 brand nanosilica additive at all break ages. Likewise, 1.5% of the nanoadditive of the two brands shows higher compressive strength values compared to 1%. In addition, the technical-economic aspect of the designs of recycled concrete with nanoadditive was analyzed with respect to pattern concrete (GNS-0) to consider the commercial term in the production of premixed concrete applied to structural elements of multifamily housing buildings. The research concluded that the GNS-HP300-1.0 design (100% ACR, 1.0% nanosilica-based additive of the HP300 brand) features better strengths and lower cost than the concrete pattern.
