The thesis project describes the development of an educational center in Chilca. The objective, recently, responds to the lack of this equipment within the district due to the population increase, due to the proximity of the new industrial pole of Lima. However, the poor infrastructure and implementation of state schools have not been the best, so an alternative to a private model is proposed. According to the characteristics and situation in Chilca, the best alternative was to consider the “Innova School“ model of schools, which has had good results in each district that has positioned itself in Lima. Based on its methodology, in initial, primary and secondary, if you have to study and develop architectural spaces that respond to the activities of different types of users, in addition to respecting the school building regulations established by the Ministry of Education (MINEDU). Also, have studied the different location alternatives, so as not to affect the impact radius of the affected schools and the new trends of this typology, with the help of the analysis of the reference projects. Finally, the project achieves a harmonious design for both the main user and their urban environment.
