Currently, women have gained presence in the fields of politics, social, cultural, sports, among others. The reason for this research is that several obstacles and barriers have been imposed by a society historically led by men, nevertheless women have demonstrated their ability to exercise different positions and functions. In the Peruvian Armed Forces, the participation of all women who want to be part of it was allowed in 1996 with the law No. 26628. Therefore, the purpose of this investigation is to analyze the experience of male officers on the impact that the inclusion of women in the Peruvian Navy has had, as well as their opinion regarding their presence and the contribution towards the institution in the different dependencies and work areas. In the same way, to provide greater theoretical support, the concepts of corporate image, organizational culture, organizational climate and gender equality related to work will be analyzed. The methodology used is qualitative, since it seeks to analyze the perception that the male officer has since the female officers entered, relying on the interpretations and experiences of each interview. Within the results obtained, three categories of research were identified: adaptation of the institution, contribution of women and modern and inclusive institution, highlighting the changes and modifications in the rules, infrastructure and language, as well as the need for the presence of the woman to achieve a broad, complete vision and with it, obtain better results for the benefit of the institution. In this way, it was possible to conclude that, for male officers, the Peruvian Navy is a modern institution who is not afraid of the changes that arise in peruvian society.
