The following project is a thesis work developed for Spa Vida with the aim of launching a new service to the market called “Baños de Hypertermia”, a service that will help reduce the high level of stress that the new consumer has. This launch will bring benefits such as the increase in sales for the company, as well as the consolidation of the same in the market of Lima and North Lima through a high quality perceived in its services and in the case of the client, the reduction of its high stress level Based on the above, Spa Vida seeks to reach all consumers in Lima and North Lima of economic sectors A, B and C from 25 to 55 years of age, who have knowledge or not, about the services offered by a Spa, but because of their profile and lifestyle they are potential consumers, Quantitative market studies carried out by the company itself, show that 73.3% of the people surveyed do not know a Spa, while 26.7% indicated that if they knew, in this way the present work will focus on attracting potential customers and Loyalty of the brand to customers in the portfolio. The orientation of the company is directed towards the client, offering greater benefits and rediscovering their needs through the different insithg obtained from the results of the company's own surveys.
