Influencia de la filosofía Lean Construction - Last Planner en la ejecución del Centro Educativo N° 80669 San José Pacasmayo – 2022

Abstract

En el presente proyecto La aplicación de la filosofía Lean Construction y el sistema Last Planner en la ejecución del Centro Educativo N° 80669 San José Pacasmayo tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la eficiencia y la productividad del proyecto. Al implementar estos enfoques, se busca optimizar los flujos de trabajo, reducir las pérdidas y maximizar el uso de los recursos disponibles. Para lograrlo, se realizarán acciones como la capacitación del personal en los principios y conceptos de Lean Construction y Last Planner, la formación de equipos colaborativos, la implementación del sistema Last Planner para la programación y control de actividades, la mejora continua mediante la identificación de oportunidades de mejora y la implementación de soluciones innovadoras, la gestión eficiente del abastecimiento de materiales, el uso de indicadores de desempeño para medir y monitorear la eficiencia del proyecto, y la promoción de una comunicación efectiva entre todos los miembros del equipo. se lleva a cabo un análisis exhaustivo de la Institución Educativa pública seleccionada. En este análisis se detallan las características propias de este tipo de proyectos, así como las directrices que deben seguirse durante la construcción. Además, se proporciona una estadística actualizada sobre los proyectos en curso en la zona. Donde, se realiza un diagnóstico específico de la obra piloto seleccionada, la cual se centra en la construcción de la Institución Educativa. Se examina detalladamente la organización de la obra y se destacan los proyectos previamente ejecutados en la región. Se hace especial énfasis en la forma en que se han manejado los requerimientos de equipos y materiales, el transporte de materiales al lugar de trabajo, la contratación de mano de obra y subcontratistas, el pago a proveedores, y las deficiencias identificadas en el expediente técnico de la obra. Finalmente, se realiza un diagnóstico exhaustivo de los problemas y dificultades que se han enfrentado en la construcción de Instituciones Educativas públicas en la zona de Pacasmayo, resaltando los principales desafíos que han enfrentado los encargados de la ejecución de las obras en esta parte de Perú.
