This thesis conducts a study of interior wall rendering alternatives for multifamily buildings in the city of Trujillo, in order to find the rendering alternative that provides benefits in the quantitative and qualitative aspect, and on this way, find the most convenient integral alternative for the Trujillo sector. We know that the rendering item represents a significant percentage in the total budget of a project, so by studying and investigating this activity we can enhance and optimize the costs of any project. The research is descriptive, in which we will use the Value Engineering methodology to follow orderly steps that allow us to reach the results. Our sample is the ““Fratello““ project, where we started by gathering a value engineering team, to later group relevant information of the present project and perform each phase where alternatives were proposed and discarded until we were left with those that had a potential for success and were considered viable for the study and application in Trujillo. By developing these proposals, we were able to conclude quantitatively that with Rapimix the cost decreased by 3% and the speed increased by 19.15% with respect to traditional rendering and qualitatively Rapimix had better results in terms of order and cleanliness, environmental and waste reduction
