The assignment of the Single Cadastral Code seeks to standardize the technical information of the real state so that there cannot be two with the same identification code. Its purpose is to link the entities that generate cadastre to the Real Property Registry and so with the National Integrated System of Real Estate Cadastral Information. The procedure of cadastral reorganization by assignment of the Single Cadastral Code begins as a result of the assignment procedure, with the problem that in the development of this procedure, it was noticed that there is a discrepancy between the physical reality of the real state that is requested to be incorporated to the Real Poperty Registry, with the information already in the Registry. In view of this situation, a sui generis procedure is initiated with a very particular regulation that in principle seems to go against the registry procedure as it is known and as it is regulated by the T.U.O. of the General Regulations of the Public Registries. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine whether the initiation of the cadastral reorganization procedure by assignment of the Single Cadastral Code generates a legal situation that in some way denatures the registration procedure. It also seeks to study the regulation of the matter and check if this procedure goes against what is established in the Registry Law
