Today the Last Planner methodology has been put into practice in almost all companies worldwide due to its high effect on the results obtained. The majority of companies that are dedicated to construction work in the sector where their variability of their indicators is too great. When applying the Last Planner System, the main objective is to maintain the reduction of each variable. Currently in our country, there are few companies that have managed to implement the Last Planner System, primarily in the field of construction. In the emporium of our country there is an extreme difference in the infrastructure of any type of project that is currently one of the main matrixes of the Peruvian economy. Most of the companies that participate in state projects do not get Various companies that present an infrastructure project with the state or manage to execute and comply with the agreed schedule. Thus, the contracts produce deficiencies in their construction process and there is a huge economic damage to their income, damaging the liquidity and utility of the project. That is why this research applies as a methodology The Planner System in irrigation works where we see the execution schedule to determine the production of activities and in such a way improve the deadlines during their execution. Therefore, we focus on the items of structures and irrigation system where in the field compliance with these plans was verified and new weekly rescheduling was made, thus finding that there are delays in scheduled tasks due to faults in programming and logistics. Finally, the influence is determined in a period of 4 to 6 weeks carrying out the lookahead of materials and production, the master plan varying according to the occupation of activities by starting execution. On the other hand, the intermediate and weekly plan is carried out. When determining the influence of effectiveness, a 75% indicator was obtained in the Percentage of Completed Planning, which clearly depends on the number of activities that are treated. In conclusion, the effects achieved by the company have been very pleasant because it was possible to deliver the work ahead of its intended date. This was made possible by its variable; its amount, for the following points: The respective viii planning based on its technical file, which had as an initial result a duration of 60 days to finish the work.
