This research work was carried out in the Vista Alegre Sector. Province Victor Larco Herrera Trujillo, in this area are presented environmental conditions conducive to the presence of the capillarity-deterioration relationship in buildings. What was done is to study the area to observe the extent of the moisture problem by capillarity in order to determine the scenario of deterioration in the buildings in the area that presents this problem. Moisture by capillarity is one of the most recurrent drawbacks in households. The phenomenon known as capillarity is generated because water rises through the foundations, rising up walls and walls, ie, this type of moisture, usually have their beginning in the lower areas of the house, like basements, and then goes ““climbing““ the walls and walls according to the amount of water they have absorbed. The origin of this phenomenon involves environmental variables such as hydroclimates and soil; these when combined with the typical ones of the building, increase the deterioration and give rise to the presence of a relation of capillarity-deterioration, that leaves the building totally vulnerable. In view of this situation, it is necessary to take measures to prevent damage from this relationship; from there arises the need to know which are the stages of action of the deterioration by effects of the phenomenon of moisture by capillarity in a determined geographical area, which will allow to have elements that guarantee an adequate intervention. This modeling will provide a key tool in the management of deterioration, depending on the conservation of buildings affected by the capillaritydeterioration relationship in the sector mentioned.
