This descriptive correlational research was developed in May 2015 in the service of Obstetrics Hospital Belen de Trujillo, in order to make known the quality of nursing care and satisfaction of pregnant women at high risk. The sample consisted of 77 pregnant women at high risk, two instruments are applied one for determining the quality of nursing care and a satisfaction level of high-risk pregnant women. The reliability of the instrument nursing care quality had a correlation coefficient of 0.974 Cronbach Alpha and the satisfaction of high-risk pregnant women with 0.979. The validity of the instruments on the quality of care and satisfaction of pregnant Pearson correlation of 0.973 to 0.987 and quality were reported. The results indicate that 94.8% of pregnant women hospitalized high risk qualify an adequate level of quality of nursing care and the inadequate level 5.2%; Likewise, 93.5% of pregnant women hospitalized high risk qualify appropriate level in the technical dimension and 6.5% as inadequate. On the other hand 92.2% of them qualify appropriate level and the human dimension of 7.8% as inadequate; while the 94.8% rate appropriate level of quality and environmental dimension 5.2% describe it as inadequate; and also that 94.8% of pregnant women hospitalized high risk they are satisfied with the service provided and 5.2% are not satisfied. As for the quality of nursing care significantly related to satisfaction of pregnant women hospitalized high-risk obstetrics service at 94.8% was found.
