The present research work was carried out in the facilities of the Camal Particular ““San Francisco““, located in the district of SalaverryTrujillo. 89,992 bovines were evaluated, from farms of the different localities of Trujillo and provinces, covering a period of 5 years, 20102015; The seizure data were collected from the records of the profit center focusing on the liver seizure being the most significant data by the nature of the seizures, the objective of the study was to assess the magnitude of economic losses, which generates the confiscation of said Viscera and the evolutionary impact of seizures in recent years. According to the study, significant data were obtained on the economic losses generated by the confiscation of viscera, with the result that the number of cattle that are benefited in the camal have been gradually increased so that in 2010, 12,176 animals were slaughtered While in the last year of the study, the figure reached 17,422 cattle and their seizures, which were observed with a gradual upward trend reaching 47% of liver seizure in the last year of study, which indicates The alarming figures of seizures that have been increasing year after year. Reaching a total loss of s / 3'171,960 which represents in US $ 932,929.4 ($ 1 = s / 3.37), during the period of 2010 - 2015, that the seizure data was obtained.
